Season box

The visitor picks a month and a country in the Baltic or Nordic set. The tool fills a box from foods flagged for that month and lists the grams. They remove anything they will not eat.

Set the constraints. The page builds a list, a plan or a printable you can take with you.

This is a general-purpose tool, not medical, legal or financial advice. Figures are estimates from published food data or arithmetic. A qualified professional owns decisions that affect your health.

How to use it

Inputs are month, country and skips. Computation filters the food table by season flags. Output is a box and a list.

The tool runs in your browser. Nothing from the camera, microphone or sensors is uploaded. With JavaScript off, the worked example below is still computed on the server.
